Good morning! So sorry for the delay in sending this email!! I just got back from a trip to Vegas, St. Louis and Marion, and I'm ready (well, kinda ready in my head) for class this Saturday at Jade's Place. I'll post samples soon. We will have simple, quick cards for class but more cards than we usually do.

Thinking of You Card class 7/30/2022

Tango no Sekku

Boy's Day or "Tango no Sekku" is celebrated on May 5 in Japan. Unlike Hinatsuri (Girl's Day) when dolls are decorated at home, on this day, the families with boys will raise carp-shaped flags called "Koinobori" to express hope that their boys will grow to be healthy and strong.

I created little goodie bags for the boys and my co-workers filled with Umai Bo (Baked corn snack) and gummy candies.

This little guy is wearing a Kabuto, a samurai warrior's helmet.

Card class - 4/30/2022

I just wanted to say Hello and remind you of our card class this Saturday at Jade's place in Kailua.  Cost:  $23.  Please bring the following supplies to class:

Stamparatus or other stamping device as well as your Basic Card Kit supplies.  Please bring your Simply Shammy if you have it.

We will create some new fun folds as well as difference types of card techniques.  This class we will be decorating our envelopes as well as the sentiment block.

I am not able to hold class the end of this month, so we are having class this Saturday, 3/19/2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Jade's Place in Kailua. Hi, there!  Here are some of the other cards we will make in class.

It's been a while since we made a shaker card!  The card is gorgeous in real life with gold sequins.

A punny humor card.

Also, a little birdie 🐦 told me to add the Simply Shammy stamp cleaner instead of baby wipes to prevent any unwanted strays on the stamps.  Also bring Tim Holtz' ink applicator with a couple of extra ink blending foams for your applicator and, if you have, very thin adhesive foam strips.  I look forward to seeing you soon!
