Hawaiian Themed Cards

Almost finished with this card set .  A guy ordered a set of Hawaiian Themed cards plus two Ningyogami cards.  For these simple design cards, I think the paper makes the card!  The paper in this case means textured.  Off to create the Ningyogami cards . . .

A couple of months ago, the theme for the tea swap was "Anything Asian". Here's a card I created for my partner. I learned how to do it from a really nice man who worked at The Paper Source. The only thing is it used a nice long sheet of Washi paper. Also for my tea partner, I created the little tea holders and added a hula girl magnet and chocolate mac nut candy. This tea swap went to Texas!

Washi tape card (3x3)

To date, this has got to be my favorite card design using washi tape: Cover a square with washi tape. Add dimentional tape to pop it up. Add small heart punches to the back on the top of your square to represent a bow at the top of the square and you have a gift box card! Add a sentiment and you are done. This design is on a 3 x 3 card. Quick, easy and cute!!
