The Friends of Kalihi-Palama Public Library will conduct a Craft Elephant and Book Sale on Monday, January 18, 2010 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday) at the Kalihi-Palama Public Library Auditorium. Admission is free.
Craft enthusiasts are invited to attend the sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The sale will feature new and gently-used rubberstamps, scrapbook paper, beads, stickers, dies, yarn, handmade items, and more sold by community individuals. The craft vendors have donated their table rental fees to benefit the Kalihi-Palama Public Library.
The Friends of Kalihi-Palama Public Library will offer a variety of used books and magazines at bargain prices; sale proceeds will benefit the Library, as well.
Customers are advised to bring cash for the sale because checks, debit or credit cards will not be accepted.
