Happy New Year 2025❣️

 Hello, ladies! I look forward to seeing you again soon and to talk story and catch up.  The calendar has been updated on the blog. First class is February 22, 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Classes are normally held the last Saturday of the month, February to October at Jade’s place in Kailua. Sneak peak will be shown soon—as soon as I figure out how to blog on a laptop without my normal softwares. Unfortunately, my computer died a couple of weeks ago and I’ve given up on it. The boys keep telling me to use my laptop so… I’m trying (feeling my age!). lol

Class-October 26, 2024

Saturday, October 26, 1:30 p.m. at Jade's Place in Kailua, $25.  Please RSVP  your attendance! It's my last class of 2024!! To my loyal students, come join me as we create cards with my mom's simply elegant stamps like this torch ginger stamp above.  Feel free to bring your own local Hawaiian sentiments to use on the cards, if you wish.

Thank you for being at class each month, I appreciate you!! 

**It's also our party day**  Please bring a small (small!) food dish to share with everyone and a recipe of your dish (if you cooked it).  Let's make it a party!

Supplies to bring for class:  Versamark ink pad, liquid glue and adhesive tape, stamp cleaner (SU Simply Shammy), dimensional adhesive (if you want to use them).  You may wish to bring the following "just in case":  Paper trimmer and scissors

Hula Girls II Sneak Peak

Class - Hula Girls II

The prior Hula Girls card class was very popular so, as promised, we are having a Hula Girls II class on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Jade's place in Kailua.  Time:  1:30p to 4:30p.  Cost:  $25.  RSVP your attendance right away so I can make sure I have enough kits since there are lots of diecutting involved! :o)

I am still designing the other cards but the one above is a card you will be making.  Please bring your tweezers, your favorite needle point adhesive (like the Precision Glue Press you all have) as well as your Basic Card Class Supplies kit (See below).  Feel free to bring stamps containing Hawaiian phrases from your own stash (i.e. Aloha, Mahalo, etc.).  Hope to see you there!

Basic Card Class Supplies Kit:  A scoring device (i.e. scor-pal) and scoring tool (bone folder), black ink pad, a paper trimmer, scissors, both tape and liquid adhesive, black ink marker/pen, pencil and eraser, ruler, Versamark Clear Ink Pad, dimensional adhesive, tweezers, corner rounder, and Stampin Up Simply Shammy.
